• The overview must include your budgetary and timescale constraints
• We provide an overall plan that shows how the solution will fit together
• We will provide a financial plan that discusses the costs and potential risks of the project
• If we can't achieve your minimum requirements within the budget or timescales we will tell you so
• If the scale of the project requires that an additional business analysis is required to deliver the solution, this will be presented in the project plan as a cost
• It may not be possible to accurately cost a project from the initial meeting. We will provide an accurate cost for the first phase of the project in addition to outlining future phases

Each of these items will be addressed in the project plan. The client may be responsible for any aspect of the plan and will be informed of any dependencies and the resulting risks associated.

If staged payments are scheduled through this plan, the acceptance criteria should be defined before agreement is made.
